Well today marks the beginning of the final week of my third graduate term. This means that at the conclusion of the week, I will have reached the halfway point. Fortunately, the work load is not too heavy, as both my courses required finals to be turned in by midnight last night. So, as they say, it’s all done but the crying–not really, I’m anticipating eighteen graduate hours under my belt this time next week.
The last week held more than just finals. Not only have I added to the list of submissions I have made for potential publication, I have also taken those first steps toward pursuing my English teaching career. While the journey is far from over, just taking those first baby steps has been a significant achievement and one I am very thankful for–thankful for the Lord giving me the opportunity and my fantastic support circle led by my wife and children who have not failed to encourage each step I have taken.
Finally, I am thankful for the handful that have gotten on board to follow my journey from its inception. I hope you stick around as each new chapter unfolds. Hopefully, we’ll pick up somemore riders along the way.
Always remember, chaos is not necessarily a bad thing.
